Ice cream is sold by the cone and by the half-gallon. They also sell their own eggs, and a variety of other local food products, including Lost Hollow honey and PA maple syrup.

Reviewed by toekneesan on December 31, 2009They sell a variety of products that aren't theirs but they do so for the convenience of their customers. The butter and cheese isn't theirs for example, but the cream is, and it's fantastic. It's so rich it practically whips itself. They also carry the Corner Room's Grilled Stickies. A yummy compliment to Meyer's ice cream. The food beyond the ice cram in the restaurant includes the MexiHot, a local favorite. It's basically a chili dog but it's pretty good for junk food, and really hits the spot after ice skating or hiking. This is a great family place, but it's all about the milk. If you go during the day, you're likely to see the milk being bottled through the glass window at the back of the refrigerator section. Meyer Dairy is a treasure, and well worth the trip.
