Blue Rooster sells shares of beef, lamb and pork (wholes, halves, quarters) . The price is very economical and Julie will customize how your share is cut by the butcher so that you can get the cuts of meat that you want. We have really enjoyed all of the meat we have bought from them!

I bought an entire lamb for a great price. It is wonderful, the cuts are great. Julie really works with you to help you figure out what types of cuts work for your needs. This was my first bulk meat purchase from a local farm and it was so easy!
