Grass-based dairy and beef. Raw milk cheeses made on site and aged in a real cheese cave! Sustainable farming practices. Wonderful pasture-raised beef and veal. Owner is Brian Futhey.

When and Where to Buy

This farm sells at several farmers' markets, including the Boalsburg Market on Tuesdays, the Lewisburg Market on Fridays, and the Millheim Market on Saturdays.

Every week I buy cheese from Brian. His cheddar is strappy and the jalapeno jack zippy. Most of all, we appreciate that Brian raises his cows humanely.

190 Quarry Rd. Woodword, PA 16882. Rt. 45E 4 miles past the town of Millheim. Turn right on Quarry Rd, (look for garage with Pennzoil sign), go about 1 mile, third farm on left.
