Don't waste your time or money
Reviewed by lakers_girl8 on January 07, 2011Arganica does NOT have its act together. They are a delivery service for local/organic goods. While they have a nice list of food, the customer service and delivery is horrible. And by horrible, I mean non-existant. I placed an order-and it never came! I called the delivery man, left a msg, and texted asking for a status. No reply -not even a courtesy to say they forgot. I called the office the next day;guy who answered said he'd call back. Did not.I called again and this time the girl apologized and said there was nothing she could do. What is the purpose of paying for a delivery service with no delivery!? I will NOT renew my account when it runs out and will tell everyone I know not to use them. Save your time and money and shop at Whole Foods.
